Who we are

This website is operated by Charter Jets Inc, an air charter broker located at 510 Briscoe Blvd Ste 200, Lawrenceville, GA 30046, United States. Charter Jets Inc arranges flights operated by FAA Part 135 certified operators and does not own or operate aircraft.

Information we collect

When you submit the quote request form on this site, we collect:

• Your full name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Your trip details: departure airport, destination airport, departure date and number of passengers
• Technical and campaign information: the page you submitted from, the referring website, your browser user agent, and advertising click identifiers and campaign parameters present in the URL (such as gclid, gbraid, wbraid, msclkid, fbclid and utm_ parameters)

If you call the phone number shown on the site, we collect the information you provide during that call.

How we use it

The information you submit is stored in our database so a charter specialist can contact you with a quote and follow up about your trip. A notification containing your request is also sent by email to our charter desk so we can respond quickly. Campaign parameters are used to understand which advertising campaign your request came from.

Aircraft search and the Avinode marketplace

The search tool on this site is provided by Avinode, a third-party charter marketplace. When you search or request a trip, your request is processed through the Avinode marketplace so we can source availability and pricing from certified operators. Details of your trip request are therefore shared with Avinode and with the operators we contact on your behalf. Avinode processes this information under its own privacy practices.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies, browser storage and analytics and advertising tags (including Google Tag Manager and the tools it loads) to measure how visitors use the site and how our advertising campaigns perform. These tools may set cookies on your device and record events such as page views and form submissions. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, but our measurement will be incomplete.

Sharing

We share your information with the service providers needed to answer your request: the Avinode marketplace and the certified operators quoting your trip, our database and email delivery providers, and our analytics and advertising measurement providers. We do not sell your information.

Retention and deletion

We keep quote requests for as long as needed to serve you and maintain our business records. To ask us to delete the information you submitted, or to ask what we hold about you, email PRIVACY_CONTACT_EMAIL_PENDIENTE from the email address you used, or call +1 800-329-2944. We will confirm once your request has been handled.

Changes

If we change how the site handles your information, we will update this page and the last updated date above.
